Adboardly Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 15, 2026. Replaces the policy of July 13, 2026.

Adboardly ("the app") is an iOS and Android application developed by Jesús Alfredo Hernández Alarcón that displays your Google AdMob earnings on your device. This policy explains what data the app accesses, what it does with it, and what it never does.

The short version: your reports go from Google to your phone and stay there. Adboardly has no servers and no analytics. The free version shows ads served by Google, and that is the only data that leaves your device.

Google user data the app accesses

When you sign in with Google, the app requests the following, and nothing more:

• Basic profile (name, email address, profile photo), used solely to label the account inside the app so you can tell your accounts apart.
• AdMob data through the official AdMob API with the read-only scope (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/admob.readonly): your publisher account information (publisher ID, reporting currency and time zone), earnings reports, and your inventory of apps and ad units. The scope is read-only by design; the app cannot change anything in your AdMob account.

How that data is used

• Reports are fetched directly from Google's servers to your device over HTTPS and rendered on screen for you. There is no intermediary server: the developer never receives, sees, stores or processes your data.
• The "Ask" feature interprets your questions on your device, with Apple Intelligence on iPhone and with Gemini Nano on Android. Your earnings data is never sent to any external model or service; every figure in every answer is computed locally from the report already on your device.
• A summary of today's and this month's earnings is stored in the app's private storage on your device so the home-screen widget, the Quick Settings tile on Android, and the Siri and on-device assistant integrations can display it.
• Notifications (the daily summary and the earnings and blocked-app alerts) are computed and shown locally; nothing is sent to a push service.

Advertising

The free version shows native ads served by the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Before any ad is requested, the app asks for your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform where the law requires it, and on iOS through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. Depending on your choices, ads are personalized or not.

To serve ads, the SDK sends Google data such as your device's IP address (used to estimate a coarse location), device and advertising identifiers, interactions with the ads, and crash and diagnostic information. This is described in Google's privacy policy and in the App Store and Google Play privacy sections of the app. Your AdMob reports are never part of what the SDK sends.

A Premium subscription that removes the ads is planned; until it exists, the accounts that publish the app see no ads.

Storage and protection

• On iOS, Google sign-in tokens are stored in the Keychain. On Android, sign-in is handled by Google Play services and the app keeps only what it needs in its private storage.
• Fetched reports are cached in the app's private storage on your device, so the dashboard works offline. Caches never leave the device and are excluded from cloud backups.
• You can additionally protect the app with Face ID, Touch ID or your device's biometrics.

What the app never does

• No report, account or earnings data is transmitted to the developer or to any third party.
• No analytics or tracking SDKs are included beyond the advertising SDK described above.
• No data is sold, rented, or used for profiling by the developer.
• No human beings read your data; there is nowhere for them to read it from.

Limited Use disclosure

Adboardly's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data retention and deletion

• Signing out of an account in the app deletes its tokens and its cached reports and widget snapshot from the device.
• "Delete account" in the app does the same and also revokes the app's access to your Google account.
• Deleting the app removes all remaining local data.
• You can revoke Adboardly's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Children

The app is a professional tool for AdMob publishers and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this same address with an updated effective date.
