AdMoboard Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 13, 2026
AdMoboard ("the app") is an iOS application developed by Jesús Alfredo Hernández Alarcón that displays your Google AdMob earnings on your device. This policy explains exactly what data the app accesses, what it does with it, and — just as importantly — what it never does.
The short version: your data goes from Google to your iPhone and stays there. AdMoboard has no servers, no analytics, no trackers and no third-party SDKs. Nothing you see in the app is collected by us or shared with anyone.
Google user data the app accesses
When you sign in with Google, the app requests the following, and nothing more:
- Basic profile (name, email address, profile photo) — used solely to label the account inside the app, so you can tell your accounts apart.
- AdMob data through the official AdMob API with the read-only scope
(
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/admob.readonly): your publisher account information (publisher ID, reporting currency and time zone), earnings reports, and your inventory of apps and ad units. The scope is read-only by design — the app cannot change anything in your AdMob account.
How that data is used
- Reports are fetched directly from Google's servers to your device over HTTPS and rendered on screen for you. There is no intermediary server: the developer never receives, sees, stores or processes your data.
- The app's "Ask" feature interprets your questions on-device using Apple Intelligence. Your earnings data is never sent to any external model or service; every figure in every answer is computed locally from the report already on your device.
- A summary of today's earnings is stored in the app's private container on your device so the home-screen widget can display it.
Storage and protection
- Google sign-in tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain on your device.
- Fetched reports are cached in the app's private container on your device, so the dashboard works offline. Caches never leave the device (they are excluded from anything the developer can access).
- You can additionally protect the app with Face ID / Touch ID.
What the app never does
- No data is transmitted to the developer or to any third party.
- No advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs are included.
- No data is sold, rented, or used for advertising or profiling purposes.
- No human beings read your data — there is nowhere for them to read it from.
- The App Store privacy label for AdMoboard is "Data Not Collected".
Limited Use disclosure
AdMoboard's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data retention and deletion
- Signing out of an account in the app deletes its tokens from the Keychain and its cached reports and widget snapshot from the device.
- Deleting the app removes all remaining local data.
- You can revoke AdMoboard's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Children
The app is a professional tool for AdMob publishers and is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this same address with an updated effective date.
